Gilbert, Ariz.-based Laguna Creek LLC has raised $6.3 million in a Series A round led by Tempe-based Dali Capital Partners to expand its software platform for tribal hospitality and tourism businesses, the company said.

The funding will be used to build out and market an integrated system that combines property management, point-of-sale and booking functions into a single platform. The company targets hotels, tour operators and on-site retail vendors seeking to manage reservations, payments and add-on sales in one system.

Laguna Creek was founded in 2022 as Native American Tours, a booking platform for tour operators. It later expanded into a broader software offering after identifying operational gaps in how tribal properties package lodging with nearby attractions and retail.

The platform allows guests to book rooms, tours and purchases in one transaction, while providing operators with real-time reporting on revenue, expenses, permit fees and taxes. The system also integrates payment processing and reservation management, with the company positioning it as a way to reduce merchant and subscription costs.

Indigenous tourism is expanding across North America. In Canada, the sector generates roughly $3.7 billion (Canadian) in annual revenue, while in the United States Native tourism represents a $15.7 billion market. Tribes are increasingly leveraging cultural assets and land-based experiences to drive that growth.

“With this funding, we are able to maximize the incredible opportunity before us to bring long overdue solutions for the hospitality and tourism industry,” CEO Wyatt Gilmore said in a statement.

Dali Capital Partners said the investment reflects demand for tools that improve operational efficiency in tourism. “This platform will save clients millions in operation costs, boost sales through AI optimization and fully capitalize on the growing interest in Native tourism,” said Dallas Sauer, co-founder of Dali Capital Partners.

Laguna Creek said its platform is designed to connect tribal lodging with local tours and vendors, with the aim of keeping more tourism spending within Native communities.
